Ticketing

For every event, we release tickets on Eventbrite. You will have to RSVP using this link.
After you RSVP, you will receive a mail regarding the payment details.
You have to make the payment through Venmo to our Finance Team by 11.59pm on the day you RSVP.
After you make payment, you will get a Confirmation mail from AG.
In case, you fail to make the payment, you reservation will be cancelled.

We send a detailed email containing the information regarding the timings and transportation details.
The email contains a link for a waiver. Make sure you sign them before you attend the event.
After the event, an expense sheet is prepared listing how the ticket money was spent. Any unspent money will be returned to the attendees.
